Website, Email & Audio
I approach website, email, and audio work as connected audience touchpoints, using clear information, consistent voice, and thoughtful creative to move people from initial curiosity toward lasting engagement.
Web Design and Management
A website should feel like a natural extension of the organization behind it. I approach web design and management as both visual storytelling and practical audience service, using color, photography, typography, and clear navigation to create a space that feels on-brand while helping people find what they need.
Designed and built a cohesive website experience, shaping the visual identity and connecting the brand’s photography, typography, event calendar, and social presence into one clear digital home, with attention to SEO and emerging AI-driven searchability.
Built an integrated online shop that connects directly to a print-on-demand apparel partner, allowing visitors to browse and purchase branded merchandise without leaving the website.
My approach to email balances clarity with a reason to look forward to the next send. Beyond delivering timely information, I focus on creating real value through early access, useful context, timely incentives, or a story worth opening. Thoughtful segmentation, pacing, and clear calls to action help audiences stay engaged and make each message feel worth receiving.
Built an email sign-up campaign for my personal brand, ANDĒ, offering subscribers a free worksheet designed for percussionists and vocalists. I developed the downloadable resource, designed the sign-up flow, and created the email content to turn social interest into a direct audience relationship.
Audio Storytelling
Audio creates room for artists and organizations to share stories in a more personal, unhurried way. Across podcast and other audio formats, I approach the work as another way to bring audiences closer to the people, ideas, and experiences behind the art.
Produced audio program notes for The Florida Orchestra, recording voiceover, editing and mastering each episode, adding music, and publishing the finished pieces across podcast platforms.
“We usually attend concerts at the Straz, and while we love TFO concerts, we particularly cherish the audio program notes provided last season. Kodi is blind, and asks me to play your program notes every day!”
Developed and conducted interviews for Secret Lives of Musicians, a podcast series featuring members of The Florida Orchestra and the stories, passions, and lives that shape who they are beyond the instrument.
